Overview
We are an established contractor engaged in civil engineering works in Hong Kong with over 20 years of experience. We specialise in a variety of civil engineering works, including site formation, road and bridge construction, drainage and sewerage construction, watermain installation and slope works. We are a Group C Contractor under the ‘‘Site Formation’’ and ‘‘Roads and Drainage’’ categories with confirmed status and are qualified to tender for public works contracts of any values exceeding HK$300 million.
As a main contractor, we are generally responsible for (i) the overall planning and management of works schedules in relation to the subcontractors, materials, machinery and other resources required at works sites with a view to ensuring smooth and timely completion of the works; and (ii) the supervision of site works carried out by our direct labours and our subcontractors with a view to ensuring the conformity of the works with the specifications required by our customers as well as the overall quality, safety and environmental standard of the works.
Prospect
We continue to focus on our principal business in a variety of civil engineering works, including site formation, road and bridge construction, drainage and sewerage construction, watermain installation and slope works. In December 2019, we were awarded by Civil Engineering and Development Department of the Government a site formation works project for the development of Long Valley Nature Park in Kwu Tung and Fanling.

In order to sustain the Company’s overall competitiveness in the construction industry, the Company provided ongoing professional development training to all employees to improve their construction and management skills. Such training includes in-house courses provided by the Company and external training courses subsidized by the Company. The Directors of the Company believe that skilled employees are valuable assets to the Company.
Having suitable machinery and equipment for each construction works contract and possessing the knowledge to manage and utilize them are critical factors for the successful completion of each project.
With a full range of machinery and equipment and a professional management team having over 20 years of experience and expertise in the construction industry and in machinery and equipment management, the Company is able to manage different projects of different sizes and with different levels of technical complexities.
